Ruby is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform designed to help revenue teams discover opportunities, analyze accounts, and accelerate deal creation through intelligent workflows. Built around a modern account-centric experience, Ruby combines AI analysis, prospect research, and CRM integrations to help teams identify and prioritize their highest-value opportunities.

Working alongside the Ruby team, we contributed across the platform's core experience—from onboarding and account management to AI-powered account analysis, deal journeys, and the Analyst assistant. Users can import accounts from existing systems, run AI-driven analysis, communicate with Analyst using account-specific context, and convert AI-discovered opportunities into actionable sales deals.

We also helped expand Ruby's ecosystem through deep integrations with HubSpot, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and billing infrastructure. These integrations enable teams to synchronize customer data, automate workflows, manage subscriptions, and maintain a unified view of their sales operations across multiple platforms.

Beyond feature development, we contributed extensive improvements to platform usability, including responsive design enhancements, settings management, onboarding flows, account management experiences, and UI refinements. The result is a comprehensive AI-native sales platform built to support the next generation of revenue teams.
