We are currently working with a leading textile business to evolve and modernize their legacy ERP system through a custom implementation built on ERPNext and Frappe.

The project began with extensive business process discovery, reverse-engineering years of operational workflows, permissions, reports, and business rules from the existing system. By translating these legacy processes into structured requirements and system designs, we are helping the client preserve operational knowledge while moving to a modern, maintainable platform.

Our current focus is the Supply Chain module, where we have implemented textile-specific contract management, approval workflows, custom validations, reporting systems, and business process automation. Future phases will extend the platform into Administration, Accounts, and Griege management, creating a unified ERP tailored specifically for textile manufacturing operations.
