WEEPRO Coders ambitiously set out to transform its fragmented online education operation into a seamless digital ecosystem for young programmers. With students, parents, teachers, and administrators spread across multiple platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and coding environments, the challenge was to create a scalable workflow that could support rapid growth without increasing operational complexity.

We worked closely with the team through a discovery and product strategy phase, mapping the entire learner journey—from booking a free trial and onboarding parents to managing camp schedules, communication, attendance, and ongoing student progress. Rather than replacing familiar tools, we designed an integrated ecosystem centered around the way users already behaved.

Our solution leveraged Google Apps Script, Zoom, Moodle, calendar systems, and automated WhatsApp workflows to transform a highly manual process into a scalable operation. Automated trial booking, personalized reminders, registration confirmations, camp notifications, and parent communication reduced the need for hundreds of manually managed WhatsApp interactions.

Alongside the operational automation, we designed a future-facing learning platform with role-based experiences for learners, parents, teachers, and administrators, incorporating virtual classrooms, progress tracking, resource management, and analytics.
