Software Engineer Intern (QA Analyst)
Engineering @ Grayhat
Do you notice the small details others miss? Can you spot inconsistencies, usability issues, and broken user experiences before they reach real users? Do you enjoy analyzing products from an end-user perspective and ensuring digital experiences feel smooth, intuitive, and polished?
This internship is designed for people who want real product quality exposure — not repetitive checkbox testing.
The Role
Were you the person who always noticed when something felt “off” in an app, website, or design? The one who naturally tested every button, flow, and interaction while others simply used the product? Your analytical thinking, attention to detail, and usability instincts may be exactly what we’re looking for.
At Grayhat Developers Pvt. Ltd., we build digital experiences for international clients across mobile, web, and cross-platform products. We’re looking for individuals who can think critically, evaluate products from a user-centric perspective, and help maintain high standards of quality across every stage of delivery.
For us, great QA Analysts are curious, detail-oriented, logical, and proactive. They don’t just “test features” — they evaluate experiences, identify friction points, and help teams deliver polished, functional, and user-friendly products.
This role focuses on product quality analysis, UI/UX validation, usability testing, requirement verification, and functional evaluation — not traditional SQA automation or engineering-heavy workflows.
We value ownership.
We value clarity.
We value user-focused thinking.
You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product teams while learning how real-world digital products are reviewed, tested, refined, and shipped. This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll actively contribute to live projects, perform quality evaluations, document findings, and help improve real user experiences.
