Working alongside the Ruby team, we contributed across the platform's core experience—from onboarding and account management to AI-powered account analysis, deal journeys, and the Analyst assistant. Users can import accounts from existing systems, run AI-driven analysis, communicate with Analyst using account-specific context, and convert AI-discovered opportunities into actionable sales deals.
We also helped expand Ruby's ecosystem through deep integrations with HubSpot, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and billing infrastructure. These integrations enable teams to synchronize customer data, automate workflows, manage subscriptions, and maintain a unified view of their sales operations across multiple platforms.
